Needle Felt Painting Workshop - October 26, 2025 1pm to 4pm

Spend the afternoon with fibre artist Cathy Disbrow as she teaches you how to needle felt a winter barnyard landscape into a 4” x 6” wool painting. She will show you how to stab wool into a felt sheet canvas using a special needle to create your own masterpiece. Students will learn various needle felt painting techniques which includes blending wool to make the gradient sky. Cathy will help each of you individually if you need more instruction.

This workshop is limited to those 18 years and older.  The cost is $75 per person.  A minimum of 10 participants is required, for the workshop to take place.

Where:  The Itty Bitty Yarn Co   89 Ontario Road, Unit C  Mitchell, ON 

Wool, 2 needles, and a wool felt sheet with project drawing are included in the cost. Foam felting pads are provided for students to use during class and can be purchased separately.
